Thu Le Park, located in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, is a historic park with a history of over 1,000 years. It opened as a zoo in 1958 and also features an amusement park. Unlike modern theme parks, it retains a nostalgic, retro atmosphere.
Inside the park, the zoo houses a variety of animals. In the past, due to financial difficulties, poor management led to concerns about mistreatment of the animals. However, the situation appears to have improved in recent years.

The large animals facility began with support from the former Soviet Union.

The fences are low.
The amusement park rides are aged, making it easy to capture aesthetically nostalgic photos.

About 80% of the amusement park rides are what you would typically find in a carousel. The themes vary, but after a while, the constant spinning might get tiring.

The remaining 20% consists of vehicles that run on rails. The characters featured in these rides have a distinctly nostalgic charm.

The haunted houses at amusement parks in Vietnam are often dark, with things falling down unexpectedly. Perhaps they are designed with the intention of teaching children not to do bad things by creating a sense of fear, possibly even leaving them with a lasting impression.

Son Goku and pretty Spider-Man

There are also several other interactive facilities.
Unlike a “properly maintained park,” Thu Le Park has a certain sense of disorder, with a free and relaxed atmosphere that adds to its charm.
